I'm Tamara Kapa (Strom), and I’ve been a licensed Realtor since 2004 and a licensed Broker since 2011. As a native San Diegan, I grew up just minutes from the beach—and I’m fortunate be able call this beautiful area home. 

I graduated from UCSD with a degree in Sociology, and I had a career in social work. While I enjoyed helping others, I knew I was looking for something more. My interest in real estate began through my own personal experiences of buying and selling homes—and I quickly realized I had found my true calling.

I had the privilege of starting my career under the mentorship of an incredible guide, and I worked alongside him for 15 years. Over the years, my business has grown, and I’ve been honored to be the top producer in my company for the past several years.  I am consistently in the top 200 agents in San Diego County.  My strong interpersonal skills, my work ethic,  and my experience as a negotiator have allowed me to excel in this industry.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me enjoying nature, traveling, practicing hot yoga, and spending time with my loved ones.
